SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days(M-F). Processing time does not include shipping time.

Most orders are processed as soon as possible, however please allow processing time up to 5 days during periods of high volume.

**ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED - The number of days you see to ship your package when checking out, is an estimation. Once we drop the package off with USPS, we are no longer in possession of your package, meaning we can't control when it arrives to your location.

EASY RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund please email us at whisperinghavenboutique@gmail.com or in your account.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.
